Residential Apartment Housekeeping
Position involves cleaning the commons hallways and entryway areas, fitness center, community center, restrooms, leasing office, business rooms, and all residential apartments when vacant. Additional tasks may include, but are not limited too, grounds pick up, straightening of pool furniture, moving of community center furniture, setting up for resident events, outdoor trash pick-up, painting, and snow removal.
Position requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, using ladders to access ceilings (9 foot ceilings), cleaning of stairwells (three and four story buildings).
Cleaning of the residential apartments includes (but not limited too):
Appliances (Fridge, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer)
All Light Fixtures, Cabinets, Vents, Trim, Windows, Blinds, Sinks, Showers, Tubs, Toilets, Mopping, Vacuuming, Doors, Fixtures (outlet covers, towel racks, etc), patios/balconies.
Hiring in 2025. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
